Accessing MyMohawk?
MyMohawk Login
- Log in with your Mohawk ID and password
- MohawkID: Your 9-digit student ID number (found on your letter of acknowledgement, offer letter, and fee statement)
- Password: The password you created when you first received a Mohawk account
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a process in which your username and password give you access to multiple Mohawk College services without requiring you to retype your credentials each time you access a new service.
Always remember to log out and close your browser windows.

Mohawk Mobile
Mohawk Mobile is an app that can be used to check your grades, timetable, campus news, contact information and more. You can access the Mohawk Mobile app on your Apple device or tablet.
Update Personal Information
Log in to MyMohawk and on the home page underneath Personal Information, select which information you want to change. Choose from the following options:
- Name change
- Update my address
- Update my personal email
- Update my personal phone number
- Change my password
Remember to click submit after making any changes.
Choose Your Timetable
Find out when you need to register and choose your timetable by logging in to MyMohawk and select the registration resources. Look for the link that says Find out when to register online.

- Log into your MyMohawk account
- Choose Registration Resources from the MyMohawk homepage.
- Click Choose or change my timetable in the Postsecondary students box.
- Select your program and the correct semester.
- Click Submit to Confirm that your students ID and name is correct.
- Confirm that the information is correct before clicking on Continue.
- To see a timetable outline
- select a block by clicking on the Radio Button
- select your electives in the same manner
- you will be shown a draft timetable
- click Submit to Register at the bottom of the page.
- After your timetable has been submit, you are required to either Set up Deferral Plan or Make Payment.
- OSAP students should select Set up Deferral Plan.

Note: Timetables are subject to change up to two weeks after the start of classes. Confirm your timetable at the beginning of the semester.
- Log into your MyMohawk account
- Choose Academic Resources from the MyMohawk homepage
- Click view my timetable to view or update your timetable
- Use view my course details to find Course Registration Number (CRN), course location (campus or online) and your instructor's name and email address
Apprenticeship Students
- The Apprenticeship Hub will send you an email with your Group Number
- Log into your MyMohawk account
- In MyMohawk, choose the Academics tab
- Scroll down to the section labelled Apprenticeship Profile
- Click the red "Access my schedule" button
- Click the drop down menu with your program Start Date
- Click on your assigned group numbers hyperlink
- Your apprenticeship schedule will appear in a new tab
Note: Your timetable can change, always confirm your timetable before classes begin.
Fees and Statements
- Financial Statement - what you have paid or owe
- Account Summary - detailed breakdown of fees
- Submit your Social Insurance Number (SIN) - important for obtaining your tax forms
- T2202/T4a - tax forms
- Making online payments
Final Grades
Your final grades can be found under the Academics Resources. You have the option to view your grades by term or a complete overview of all your Mohawk grades using My Academic Progress (MAP).
- To view final grades choose your term first.
- View My Academic Progress (MAP)
- Request a transcript. An online form will auto-fill the fields with your Mohawk courses. You can choose to have your transcript mailed or pick it up
