How do I get access to Adobe Creative Cloud?

Personal computer

Access on personal devices is only available by purchasing it through the Adobe store. Students receive a 60% discount on the Creative Cloud All Apps plan for one year.

NOTE: Students should use a personal email account to set up an Adobe student license. No proof of enrollment is required! A personal email will allow you to access your account and cancel it after a year.

Install Desktop Software

  1. Sign up for Creative Cloud on the education site to receive your 60% student discount. Students should use a personal email account to set up an Adobe student license. No proof of enrollment is required! A personal email will allow you to access your account and cancel it after a year.
  2. Locate the Adobe software that you would like to download and click on Install.
    • If the app you are looking for is not on the homepage, click on Apps to see all the available apps.
    • The Creative Cloud desktop app will automatically download along with your first app.location of Apps and Install buttons
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to download Adobe Creative Cloud onto your computer. Run or Save the installer to proceed.
    • Running the installer may prompt an additional permission window asking, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Click on Yes to install.
    • Note: The installation process may differ slightly depending on your operating system.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions until the installation is complete
    • You can monitor its installation progress within the Adobe CC app, and once the software installation is complete, you will be able to use the software.installation progress
