A validation error in MohawkAPPs usually occurs when the MohawkAPPs Software Hub (via web browser) is having trouble communicating with the AppsAnywhere desktop application that is required for MohawkAPPs to work.
Try the steps listed below to resolve the issue:
- Make sure AppsAnywhere desktop application is installed.
- If it is not installed, follow the Installation Guide to download and install AppsAnywhere.
- Clear your browser's cache if download prompts are not showing up.
- Use a different web browser to access the MohawkAPPs Software Hub
- Uninstall your existing copy of AppsAnywhere application, clear your web browser's cache and then re-install AppsAnywhere.
