Why is my Mohawk account on hold?

​College departments can place a hold on your MyMohawk account for a variety of reasons:

  •     Missing documentation
  •     Outstanding fees
  •     Outstanding Library, IT services loans, or Accessibility Learning Services loans

Holds prevent you from seeing grades, registering, paying fees, and choosing your timetable. 

If there is a hold on your account, contact the department area that placed the hold. If there is no department area listed contact The Registrar's Office.
