How do I access the printers on campus?

Print Anywhere

Students can gain access to the print anywhere feature by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the print anywhere services via PaperCut MF
  2. Sign in with your with your MohawkID (for example: 000101060@mohawkcollege.ca) and password
  3. Select Web Print on the left hand navigation bar
  4. Click on the Submit a Job button 
  5. Select the radio button to the left of Kyocera (black) Printers then click on the Print Option and Account Selection button
  6. Input the number of Copies, Account to Charge, and click on the Upload Documents button
  7. Click Upload from computer or Drag file then click the Upload & Complete button

NOTE:

If the document contains colour, it will print in colour. Documents longer than one page will automatically print double-sided. This setting cannot be changed, and upscaled pricing will apply automatically.

Retrieving Prints

  1. Go to a physical printer within the college and tap your OneCard where instructed
  2. Choose to either release the print job by clicking on it or selecting Print All

NOTE:

Payment is automatically deducted from your OneCard. To add more funds, visit your OneCard account online at https://onecard.mohawkcollege.ca or via debit/cash at the campus store
