Check your course modules to see if a previous module is a requirement (prerequisite) to proceed to the next module. - Browser Choice
Make sure that you are using either Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Safari and Brave are known to cause issues so it is not recommended for use with MyCanvas.
Your browsers should be updated on a regular basis so make sure you have the latest version or set your browser to automatically update when a new version is released. - Clear Your Browser Cache
Whenever you are having issues with webpages not loading, try clearing your cache by following these steps:
